We are an independent organisation made up of paid staff and volunteers.
As we are independent we are able to work with local and government bodies whilst encouraging and supporting our clients by providing a neutral environment. We focus on individuals who are homeless and who need support and assistance in finding a new home and building a mutually beneficial relationship between tenant and landlord.
We support adults living in the community who have a variety of different needs and find it difficult to get help elsewhere. We work with the homeless and also the hidden homeless (people who are sleeping on the streets) supporting all individuals with out differentiation.
The support we offer consists of a variety of services all orientated around finding somewhere to live and will always be flexible in its application. This can include helping with benefits, housing, dealing with the authorities or police and emotional and practical support.
To help those who feel uncomfortable or struggle when dealing with large organisations and the processes required when homeless and trying to find a home. We also strive to equip individuals with the support, information and skills to cope with housing issues on an ongoing basis.
We also continue to support landlords within the housing process and endeavour to enable all involved to reach positive and satisfactory outcomes.
