OUTREACH
We have a small outreach team who specifically target hard to reach people
and attempt to offer them support, practical advice and assistance. We are
an extremely well used service, the team can be involved with anything from
finding accommodation for someone for that night, to providing blankets,
to just listening to someone. One of the main roles of the team is to keep
an eye on the client group to ensure they remain safe and well.
