RESETTLEMENT
We offer a resettlement project which is attached to the Night Shelter. A dedicated resettlement worker provides intensive assistance and support in trying to find and secure accommodation for residents. The worker also attends interviews and meets up with residents during the day.
We also have a resettlement project attached to the April Centre. The Worker based at the Centre assists people to secure accommodation and then provides a comprehensive resettlement plan. This will include home visits, help in accessing training or employment, tenancy sustainment work and crisis management.
